Can I Change My Order Or Other Information Like Address After Placing The Order?
We highly encourage you to double-check sizes and addresses before placing an order with us. However, we understand that errors might be made. As we try to process the orders within 24 hours of receipt, if a change needs to be made to your order, please get in touch with us at service@thmygift.com as soon as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the order has already been processed or marked as shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order.
How Long Does The Order Processing Take?
Orders are processed within 5-8 hours of order receipt. During the Holiday season, processing times may take longer due to high order volume.

We ship all orders from our USA factory.

Some circumstances are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we can only approximate the delivery date.
What Should I Do If I Do Not Receive a Confirmation Email After Placing My Order?

Receive A Tracking Number To Track My Order?
Based on which fulfillment center your item is shipped from, you will be provided a tracking number that enables you to track your item 1-2 days after it has been sent. However, as each individual product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center across the globe, occasionally, we may not provide the tracking number for a product. At daintymade.com, we have fully insured the packages, and any missing items will be re-shipped free of charge to you.
What Couriers Do You Use For Order Delivery?
Choosing the courier service, actually, depends on our fulfillment center. Thus, courier services may vary from country to country. Without a strong business establishment with the courier service, we cannot obtain cheaper rates; therefore, in terms of speed, we would lose our global customers to our competitors.
What Happens if I'm Not Home When My Item Is Delivered?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the primary customer. Usually, the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home, and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office, or the carrier will place the order safely around the house/apartment.
